Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item. When returning an item, it is essential that the item is in its original, undamaged condition and that all documentation associated with your purchase is included in your return package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for bespoke, customised, or engraved items. These pieces are unique and have been tailored specifically to your preference and, as such, cannot be resold.

Follow the instructions below to return your product within the designated timeframe. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

STEP ONE: EMAIL US

The first thing you need to do is to inform us that you are returning an item. This can be done at returns@avita-jewellery.co.uk let us know why you are returning the item and we shall send you a returns form and number to include when you return your purchase. 

STEP TWO: PACKAGE ITEM(S)

Ensure that you have packaged the items securely. Include any certificates, valuations, boxes etc that may have come with your purchase. 

STEP THREE: SEND IT

The final step is to send it to us. This can be done by hand or by insured delivery. We must stress that you are responsible for the package until it is signed over to us. We would advise using Royal Mail special delivery when sending returns back to us. Use the address below for returns:

Once we receive your return it will be inspected by our quality assurance who will issue a refund within 48 of receiving your return.
