These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Avita Jewellery website, and constitute an agreement between you and Avita Jewellery Ltd. Avita Jewellery reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of this site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site. Your continued use of this site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using this site.
SALES AND PRICE REDUCTIONSAt Avita Jewellery Ltd, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final.

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Use your Visa and MasterCard.
Bank wire: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount.
We do not sell or accept gift certificates on our Website.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
All shipments are fully insured. That means that your order is always shipped risk-free.
For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your Avita Jewellery orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
DIAMOND CERTIFICATESWhen you order a loose diamond or custom-built jewellery, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories - making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.
If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICYAvita Jewellery offers customers 30 days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, simply call a diamond and jewellery consultant at 020 3 for a return authorisation code and instructions.
Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to Avita Jewellery, and b) our Quality Assurance analyses your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.
COMPARISON PURCHASINGTo keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.
INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE
At Avita Jewellery, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.
POLICY ON CONFLICT DIAMONDSAt Avita Jewellery, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
LEGAL NOTICES
Under no circumstances shall Avita Jewellery Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
